We just completed a Gerflor 70 Connect LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) project for a local commercial building.

In preparation for the new flooring we first had to uplift the old floor and diamond grind before applying a smoothening screed to the concrete.  This provided a flat surface for the new floor.
