Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt of the goods (for most products). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Personal hygiene products (such as sanitary goods).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
Please note: According to Irish law, if you return a product within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund, even if the product is not faulty, unless it falls into one of the exempt categories listed above.
How to Return an Item:
To complete your return, please email a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to info@acraltd.ie. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
In cases where only partial refunds may be granted, the following situations apply:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Opened packaging, Broken seals products,
- Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts, not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you do not receive a refund within 14 days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank. There may be processing time before the refund appears.

Sale Items
Please note: Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@acraltd.ie and send your item to:
ACRA, Colomane, Bantry, Co Cork, P75 F788.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift-giver.
Shipping Costs
To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important: If you are shipping an item worth over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
