ActiWash Pro

ActiWash Pro is an efficacious and nearly pH neutral biocide. This is suitable for the removal and control of unsightly organic (red, green and dark) staining found on exterior surfaces. It’s a more concentrated version (5x) of Actiwash Domestic and is designed for professional users. The powerful anti-microbial properties exhibited by the ActiWash formula slow down recontamination, thus providing lasting results. ActiWash is bleach-free and chlorine free and safe for use on virtually any natural or synthetic building surface.

5 Litres of ActiWash Pro gives you up to 255 litres of ready to use solution depending how strong you need it.

It is bleach free so it is suitable for all external surfaces including wood. ActiWash Pro can be used on Paving, Composite Decking, Timber Decking, Walls and Roofs.

This product is biodegradable, resistant to hard water and is easy to apply with a sprayer.

ActiWash Pro cleans and preserves all exterior surfaces so it is perfect if you don’t want to repaint afterward. This is a soft wash so it wont take paint off like using a power hose.

It can take up to a few months for stubborn stains to disappear you will see the area gradually  brightening over time.

Green Algae normally disappears in 1- 2 weeks while red algae takes 2-3 weeks and darker stains can take up to a few months.

For best results it is better to use a low pressure spray and leave the weather do the work for you.

If you have stubborn stains you can give it a quick power hose a few hours after the the solution dries on the wall. But you should treat the area with the biocide again afterwards

as it gives lasting protection for up to 3 years against Algae.
